Durba Chanda hails from India and earned her master's degree in chemistry from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur. She later conducted research at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Kolkata under Dr. Biplab Maji, where she designed and synthesized π-conjugated Covalent Organic Frameworks (COFs) for photocatalytic thioesterification reactions. Outside the lab, Durba enjoys playing badminton, Listening to music, and exploring new places.
